Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and returned in its original packaging.

There is no restocking fee and we pay the return postage.
How to return
To start a return, please contact us at sales@digitalguitartech.com.
We will send you a return shipping label by email.
Print out and fix the return label to the original packaging and post it, either at a Post Office or a Royal Mail drop off location. Ensure you get proof of postage so that the item is insured against loss.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and processed the refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
